Just about. I wake from dreams of souls crushed and roadways littered with the broken dreams of the foolish and incapable.

It's been in the low 30's here all week. I know it's not harsh by most's standards, but it's relative to what you are acclimated to. It wouldn't be that bad, but the 30+ mph North winds have been killer.

I'll wave in your next dream. I'm one of those shattered souls you see strewn about your wake, lol.

Four days off the bike. I need to buy some bling for the ride. I think of it as flowers when you have really copulated the K-9 on something that was supposed to be important.

I will interupt this thread to just say you do a great job moderating this forum giving long time members some lattitude to have some fun without needlessly pulling the plug on threads that become a little surly. The hot girl thread was proof positive...so thanks for your even handed guardianship here. You help make this board what it is....not an easy job to strike the right balance which you do allowing us to poke some fun at one another...so thanks.

I see you are in Lafayette and I come through there from time to time on business and would like to ask if there is any decent cycling around the Lafayette area which seems to be mostly bad roads and flat and of course very cold right now. Was wondering if there is any good riding with some light climbing or rollers within a stone's throw? Only short trail I have been on has been along the Wabash river on rollerblades nearby to Purdue University. If you could recommend a good riding area...maybe we could ride together in the spring.
