:roflmao2: I see the Rabbi!

I'm sorry, but it's not snowing here. It has, about once every 20 years. I'm getting ready to go on a century in the hills north of here. umd is coming, so I'll see him at the start and maybe at the first rest, if he hangs around long enough. Supposed to be 40 degrees at the start and maybe 60 later. Nice.

The weather is gross here too. I did a mile in the pool and hit the gym, so that was good, at least.

Morning Joy. That thread title doesn't suck.

PCad, we're going mountain biking in Ringwood at 9:30 if you have any interest.

Gary sounds somewhat cranky here, but Gsteinb ROCKS in person.

Hope you enjoyed the MTB, Unckie Don and I enjoyed a Frozen Toes Tour de Fred, wherein Young Jordan and I caught every light and pissed on the Assembled Freditudes. They did not reel us in today. Oh no indeed. Not even close.

Another Walter Mitty Special. You take it where you can get it pal.

Are you trying to convince me, Pcad?

Am off to a Christmas Party, gents. I expect to come home and read something more interesting than a post with a toilet plunger and whining about the weather. Don't let me down. :D

gsteinb 12-06-08 03:23 PM

Don't hold your breathe. You're the glue that holds this place together:rolleyes:

I'm the duct tape they repair it with.

<3 2 Ride 12-06-08 03:34 PM

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, and bf is so delightful.
Since you've no place to go, write a post, write a post, write a post.

When I finally come home for the night, I'll log in for some bf delight.
The lights will be turned down low, write a post, write a post, write a post.

WOO HOO! Started snowing around noon...so I took the snow bike out and did an 18 mile loop. I love riding in the snow...though I did have to stop for a couple of accidents to make sure the drivers were OK. Freakin people ain't smart enough to slow down and drive smoooooth when the roads get slick.

We did the century put on by a local Fillipino cycling club and umd did show up. He's not kidding about his abilities. There was around 10k feet of climbing and he finished ahead of everyone, then he waited 2 hours for me to roll in to say thanks for inviting him. I gorged myself on Fillipino food and drove home. I'll post some pics when I get them.

I spent the day down in Uniontown. The roads were a mess. It snowed pretty good all day while we were there. I know I checked the weather forecast this morning and I guess I missed the part about snow.

Anyone who does 1000 mile months as often as he does has my respect.
