Hey Pcad, if your tooth still hurts, try clove oil. It's available in most pharmacies. Dentists often use it.

Saturate a Q-tip with the oil, and apply to the tooth. It's potent; use sparingly.

I'm taking more anti-biotics for that bothersome root canal and it's much better after 48 hours on them. Hopefully the tooth will simmer down.

pcad - Here is an accupressure technique that can work really well for dental and jaw pain.

Go to your freezer and get an ice cube and then pinch it between the forefinger and thumb of the hand that is on the same side as the painful tooth.

I had a root canal done once and my dentist asked why I brought a bag of ice and was holding an ice cube... the freezing did not work well and yet... he was able to finish the root canal.

Now he keeps ice at his practice for this purpose.

I think the losses that hurt the most are the ones when you think your team is winning and then things go wrong fast.

I only ate one of the sandwiches because I had a bowl of the pozole (a red soup with hominy and tender pork). There was so much food there was a lot left over.
