I have gone from about 200lbs. to about 165lbs in the last year through biking, swimming, and working out. I have noticed that girls in my experiences most certainly prefer skinnier guys. Even though they complain that "you look too skinny", I am getting a million times more attention being lean and fit rather than a little soft around the edges.

out walking the earth
Women have done a number on me in this lifetime. Right now, though, it would seem that they would be less painful than cycling. This is a long, long week.

You gonna eat that?
I lost down to 168 when I was on South Beach Diet four years ago, and that was too skinny for a 6'-2" guy. I tried to gain just a little back by this summer I was back up to 221. With cycling and SBD I've gotten back to under 200, with a goal of somewhere in the 180s that I've deferred until after the holidays. You know you're too skinny when well-meaning friends ask you, "Are you feeling okay?" with a look of concern... like they think you have cancer. That was happening to me at 168.

haha! nice question. despite regular cycling and plenty of other sport, my affinity towards all things alcoholic and fattening keep me reasonably padded. i weigh about 187 on a bad day, and am 6 feet tall. one woman once complained that my arms looked a little too sinewy though. so i suppose that it has never made any appreciable difference to me.
