Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Endura road jackets?

Anyone have any experience with the new Endura line of road jackets from Scotland? My LBS started carrying them, and I picked up a Laser, which fits great. But it has no pit vents or cape or other way to ventilate it, and the material feels so rubbery inside I have a hard time imagining it will breathe at all. But in a real rainstorm, I'm sure it will hold up a LOT better than so many of the lighter breathable jackets like the Specialized Deflect.

Just wondered if anyone had any direct experience with the Endura stuff. Seems very weel made, well-design and reasonable priced.

I have the Stealth and think it's brilliant - very waterproof, very warm, not the most breathable but I don't mind being damp in my own sweat if I'm warm and the wind isn't getting through - great jacket.
