Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Need help identifying bike.

I found a Raleigh road frame and I want to revive this bike, but I have no idea what model it is. I flipped the bike upside down and found these numbers and letters, "11 CC4066." Is there anyway I can find out the model of this bike, because I have no good way to find out what size seatpost and headset it will fit. If you guys can shed some knowledge, that would be great. Thanks!

Here's a picture of the bike:

A great way would be to measure the seat tube and the head tube diameters.

Calipers would do nicely.

Failing that, visiting your local bike shop (LBS) would be an awesome option.

Alternately, if you want random internet help identifying the bike, posting some pictures could work.
