This is interesting syntax, and raises a host of questions. First of all, do you mean it's current, but appears to be from two years ago? Or could it be from any time, but looks like it's from two years ago?
What makes it look like 2007? The stylization? And how exactly does something look distinctively like 2007? Why would an advertising choose the style of 2007 to emulate?
Last question: what year do you think it actually dates from?
