32-34 on a flat by my house but only for a few seconds, then I cough and wheeze and feel like dying until my heart rate gets under 200 again. then do it again!

I hit 40 mph going down hill, with a tail wind and holding on to the tailgate of a truck.
The good part was when the truck stopped I had a ride back in the bed. |
