2017 Diverge A1 Sport. Set a budget for N+1 and really stayed as close as possible. I think this bike will do everything I want it too and I was able to not go overboard on the cost. Had it ordered because it's not a color the LBS stocks.

I just picked up a set of Schwalbe one 700x25c tires, and Specialized turbo lightweight tubes.

No, but very funny! BA stands for something like Bad Butt, but instead of butt it starts with an "a".

I bought a cheap waterproof rain jacket for cycling on eBay... advertised as beatheable and non-thermal. It was only $30 with shipping. I usually buy mid-grade level (nice, but not super high-end) bike apparel like aerotech designs, pearl izumi, shimano, etc. I didn't want to sink a lot of money into a rain jacket. I may regret it. Aerotech designs sells a nice rain jacket for $100 that is probably much better quality. I have two thermal Aerotech Designs jackets for cold weather riding and they are the best thing since sliced bread.

Yea I ordered it sunday, Nashbar was running a 26% off, bought the bike, two cages, peddles, under seat bag and CO2 mini pump for $956 after shipping and taxes. Also, if the reviews can be believed it's a sub 20 lb bike.

Initially I didn't want to spend that much but etrailer.com had one helluva deal, couldn't pass it up.

A cheap, mismatched Dura Ace 53/39 crankset, 7402 LH/7400 RH, off ebay to fix the wonky 300EX crankset on my Schwinn frankenbike. Also put an SRAM PG850 cassette on it to make it 8 speed, and found the original Exage 7 speed levers have enough range to shift 8 in friction or index mode.

4 tubes for the price of 3, with 20% off on top of that. I forgot how to mount a tire and ruined a couple of tubes because I left out the step of making sure no part of the tube was between the bead and the rim. :-( I also bought rim tape, a pair of shorts, and a Kool-Stop Tire jack.

I think you would enjoy and appreciate the Extralite stuff. Try a stem and / or seat post.
Last I knew they would work on Trek bikes.

The other company to try is ax lightness.
Then the GELU saddles. Suitable to sit on your desk if you don't have a race horse to use them.

C'mon, it's only $59, and is 260 grams or so. Looks great on my red Falcon!
