Rotational weight is much different than stationary weight, so this wouldn't really give me a good idea of the difference.

Not really, actually. It would be the same at constant speeds.

Those of you recommending 20/24 based on your own experiences, keep in mind, we are talking about completely different rims. The Aerohead is pretty shallow and I wouldn't ever think of running less than 28 rear at his weight.
