Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What do you think of...

...this: https://www.inhabitat.com/2009/03/10/...le/#more-20198

Personally I think it's an over-hyped, over-priced piece of junk that doesn't deserve to be called "the world's most advanced" anything. All of those "features" can be found on or added to existing models. Dunno where F1 gets off claiming they're making the most advanced bike in the world- have they ever even manufactured a bike before...ever?

I love the bitterness on these forums. People honestly have nothing better to do than sit around and complain about repeat threads...

When there are 4 threads about the same thing within a few days because people aren't paying attention...

Just ask yourself, "this story is over a week old, do I think maybe somebody would have already thought to talk about it in the road cycling forum"?

Also, if people would give threads more appropriate titles it would make searching for these things easier. The first thread actually had "advanced bicycle" in the title. Not like your lame "What do you think of..." title. What do I think of what? So I click on it and see it is just a repeat thread. If you had given it a proper title I would have known I could just ignore it.

Guys, keep this on the DL, but I heard from a "reliable" source that Lance Armstrong is coming out of retirement. I did a search for "pro bike rider" and nothing came up so I figured I would be the first to break the news to you guys.

lol dude, go outside and use your bike, sounds like you could use some fresh air. Posting complaints about a repeat thread means a) you spend entirely too much time on these forums and b) just bumps it up to the top of the list. If you don't want to see it, stfu and let it die.

So you're like a sock puppet, huh? The irony of you telling someone they spend too much time here is so thick you can taste it.
