Going on a 350 mile trip and got a question
Alright, a group of friends and i have decided to go on a 6 day bike trip this summer covering 350-360 miles, and I was wondering what bike would be best for me to get i have around $1,500 but really dont want to spend near that much. The trip is just for fun but we will be covering close to 60 miles a day and I need a bike that will keep up but wont break the bank so if anybody has a suggestion on a brand or specific model I could really use it...THANKS any questions just ask

Carrying your own Luggage or supported?
60 miles a day is not bad if supported but if You have to take your own stuff- get a bike that will take panniers. And if carrying a lot of stuff- Get low gears.

Yeah, if you're camping you will have to carry all that gear, a touring bike is the best way. If you're traveling light any bike will do as long as you have the gears you need and it fits.
