Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Orbea Vuelta?

I've been thinking of buying a new bike this Spring, and my LBS has a Vuelta with a Campy Mirage groupset for $1400. I'm pretty familiar with Orbea, but never heard of the Vuelta model, and can't seem to find much at all online. It's a 2008, by the way. Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The introductory/recreational model from Orbea. Campy Mirage is the on the lower end of the quality food-chain, comparable to 105.

Bikes: 09 Orbea Orca

Look at the Orbea Gavia, it is there top line aluminum frame with a 105/Ultegra mix for $1449.

May be a better value.
