Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Weird night - SRAM support in PA?

Went for a ride and to meet with a work colleague in downtown Pittsburgh. Pen game traffic held me up so my freind left before I got there. Put in some miles and came home to the suburbs, stopping to pick up dinnerand I pass the SRAM support volvo in my neigborhood. Anyone know why? I tried to stop him but he probably thought I was some weirdo.....wanted to score a shirt or somethng

Those sram neutral guys are awesome, saved my butt several times. Those guys pretty much live out of their car during the race season so once their done with one race and have to be at another a week later, they'll stop along the road to visit friends.

If Jose (one of many awesome SRAM neutral guys) came knocking on my door one day, without a doubt I'd drop everything I'm doing for him

I gotta say, they've saved me twice, as well. Love it.

Michael P. Murad Road Race in Poolesville, MD on 5/23 will have SRAM neutral support. They're surprisingly inexpensive and worthwhile if you're promoting a road race with limited volunteer support for providing wheel vans.
