hi, can I use a 7900 DA chain on my sram red groupo????

if so, the quick link is reusable more than once???

Yes but, for max benefit (shifting performance) you need to put a Shimino cassette on there too. Its drive train heaven then. And yes, the quick link is good over and over.

I can use a dura ace 7800 cassette withouta problem....??? but sram works probably great too
