Top 10 list
Gimme your best top 10 list of songs to mash to. (away from traffic and children with pets)
|
My current thing is to ride the trainer to the old Kansas "Leftoverature" album. Skip the #1 song - "Carry On Our Wayward Son" - and the rest is a great combo of slow and melodic for warmup/spinning and hard driving for mashing/sprinting. 38 minutes and I'm sweating like a pig. Good morning workout when there's no time for the real thing.
I guess it kind of dates me too. 55/Rad |
cereal and milk!!!!! YEEAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No seriously. HAPPY2bHARDCORE, chapter four, continuosly mixed by Anabolic Frolic 140 beats per minute but it has a lot of, sub beats I guess you'd call em, that make for a wide range of speeds as well as lows that allow for the right respits then fade back into the hard stuff but no actual breaks. |
From the 55/Rad era Best of the Eagles Vol I. Favorite track would be "Take it Easy"
Pushing ing 40 ain't so bad, as long as it's down hill!! :p |
Being an inexperienced rider, this thread has me thinking.... Do you guys really use headphones while riding or do you mean on a trainer? Maybe I'm a little too paranoid, but I need ALL my senses while road riding.
|
I've never owned a pair of headphones so I listen to my stereo before I leave so the last song gets stuck in my head.
