fetish cycles
i bought a penna frame and built it out a few weeks ago , got it all dialed in and everything , realized the rear wheel wont sit straight.
it looks like the drive side dropout is milled too large , now i cant (After 2 weeks) cannot contact them unrideable bike is unrideable
does anyone know of a secret to get ahold of these people or am i just 300 dollars down the hole ?

Where did you buy the frame from and how did you pay for it?

I believe you can still dispute debit card transactions, especially if the card is linked to the Mastercard or Visa system. So, I would recommend sending them one more email and/or phone message stating that they have a week to contact you and resolve the issue before you cancel the charge.

yeah tell me about it but the frame with carbon fork (columbus airplane tubing on the frame , nice and solid stiff frame) for 300 is a good deal , this is what happens though when you have crappy QC from taiwanese welding
im going to bug the crap out of them tomm and hopefully have good news and wont have to continue to rag on them

Yeah, I've heard the opposite about Fetish (and was heavily considering a frame purchase).
I'm sure they'll take care of it for you. Not everyone's quick with e-mail replies, and you should relax for a few business days.
Hope it works out!
