Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

this contest is a shame.
no FRS energy powder in canada trek dealers at all.
instead you can have a shirt or water bottle.
the shirt doesn't come in size XS or S
the bottle, you only get one and it's only worth 1/4 the value of FRS or t-shirt

the astana jersey comes in size L only... L? L!? we're all too fat for this sport, but L!? I think you'd have more aero benefits wearing a parachute.
I would have preferred a hat, now that is one size fits all and one of the under rated bits of cycling gear.

Bikes: two wheeled ones

My Trek dealer didn't participate in the contest, because Trek wanted $2500 from them to do it. So when I tried to get my water bottle, they told me they weren't doing it, but gave me one of their shop water bottles instead.

I'll have to find another Trek store to get my water bottle I guess. This contest is kind of a joke.

you're looking at it wrong, you've actually WON because you don't have to deal with trek.

are you a size L? since that's the only size it comes in.

what they also don't tell you: prizes can be collected while supplies last
the stores that actually bought into this promotion didn't get a whole lot of stock.

I'm am medium, but I'm going to sell it because I wouldn't wear an Astana jersey in public. And for the big prizes you print out some forms and send them directly to Trek and they ship you the stuff.

Yeah, but not being able to collect the little prizes because they didn't actually give any stock to the dealers is pretty shady.
