Chainring clearance moving BB to another frame
I have a BB-7410 and matching FC-7410. The BB size is 68x103. Now i realize that the spindle length is smaller than a traditional double crankset. I have a new frameset but it seems like the chainstay might be a little wider than before. Does it matter if I get a slightly larger spindle bb like 68x107 to compensate for that? will it still work with the crank?

If the frame is designed correctly, it should be able to take up to a 42 tooth small chain ring using the correct BB and crankset as designed by the mfg. A TT bike should be able to take at least a 44 tooth. If you need to shim, mix and match parts or in any way accommodate "thick" chain stays by monkeying with the crank and BB, the frame is poorly designed by somebody that didn't know what he was doing.
If you go to a different BB the chain line would not be right anyway. Just put it on and make sure it doesn't rub. 2 or 3mm is all the clearance you need.
