First bike. Bought a 2010 trek 2.3
Really excited to get it. Its my first "real" bike. I live in colorado and plan on doing 60-80 miles a week at first. Any suggestions?

Suggestions regarding what? Get it fitted properly...flip it...get proper shoes...get bibs...take the mandatory photo in front of a white garage door, etc., etc.
