Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

campy component compatibility question.

would I be able to use Super Record or Record brake calipers with Chorus shifters? Assuming they're all 2009 and the shifters are 11 speed.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Sure. Campy never makes noncompatible parts at different price levels. They've used the same 4/1 brake lever ratio for a very long time.

Personally, I would never waste money on SR parts. The only one that might be worth the money is the cranks. The rest have trivial weight reductions for big money. The shifters, for example have one part made of Ti that saves about 10 grams per pair. Record and Chorus shifters are identical except for the graphics.
