Getting cold up here....

Need advice.... Good winter gloves for temps btw 30-40. I have wool defeet duragloves but they fail when it dips below 45 and whenever there's a strong windchill. I've gone the ski gloves route; their dexterity sucks. Any suggestions?

I use thin wool type gloves inside of larger elk skin/leather ones I get at hardware stores. Keeps the hands happy while still giving more movement than ski gloves.

What ski gloves? I have a pair of Auclair Lillehammer XC Gloves that are great usually to warm.
