virtual cycling dvds for trainer
Anyone have any good recommendations for any training dvds? IM tired of the spinervals style where the guy just drones on and on.
im looking for some good virtual riding dvds from different areas. SOme group rides would be cool as well where you are riding with a group on the road vs just you and the road. Either way....most i have found have been around 40 bucks and i dont want to spend that much unless they are good. Can anyone make any recommendations?

I have everything for indoor training including virtually all the Spinervals DVD's (including a couple of the road rides - tag along with Troy on Ironman courses), many of the CTS training videos, a Tacx Fortius Virtual trainer with the Real Life Videos (many of the Tour de France routes), etc.. There is a limit to how exciting trainer riding can be but these things makes winter tolerable for me.
My favorite DVD's are probably the CTS Progressive Power Series - 16 week power based training program. In the end though, they are all fairly similiar. What else could they be except some guy pushing you to work hard? That is what coaching is.
Maybe what you really need is just more of them so you aren't seeing the same faces every time. Ebay is your friend with this. I rarely do the same Spinervals session more than twice a month.
