My new nutrition bars. The HTFU Bar!
I recently got a gift certificate to a place called youbars. They can make you custom shakes, trailmixes, cookies, cereals, and bars as well as let you buy popular choices they have.
I decided to get custom bars so I can use them when I ride my bike. You can build a bar and it gives you tons of options of what you want to put in. On top of that you can choose the bar size. The bars come in small (35g), medium (45g), or large (55g). No matter what size bar you choose you get a case of 13 of them. Most importantly, you get to name the bar whatever you want.
I finally got them today. Since they are homemade they take 2 weeks to ship. You can rush your order if you would like for additional money but I didn't bother.
I ate one today and must say I like it a lot. I would recommend this for a gift for a cyclist or just to try a custom bar for fun.
Any questions feel free to ask.
So enough talking and now some pics...
Here is the case it came in

Recently I've been making my own bars, they get raving reviews I've been thinking about starting to sell them locally. All the trainers at my gym ask me to make them more.
Maybe I should steal this idea and let people label them. I was think of calling them Mash bars.

I like the nutrition facts included. With the ingredients in yours I'm having a hard time figuring out what the cholesterol is from, any ideas?

Honestly I am not even sure.
I ate another one today. They are pretty small and calorie dense but they taste good. Ill take a pic of what they look like later.
