Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Your favourite thread type?

Now that the Northeast USA is in the midst if the worst winter in recorded history, many of us are stuck reading here in BF instead if being out riding. Being as such, I was wondering what everyone's favourite type of thread is to read.

Bikes: two wheeled ones

It really depends on the application, but I prefer coarse because of the greater speed of installation.

Ummmm......huh?

Ohhhh I see. You didn't read the entire question before you answered. Partially my fault....after 4500+ posts this is my first attempt at creating a poll question. I suppose I could have titled it better.

Cheers,

Brian J.

Maybe next time I will post a "Your least favourite thread type" so you won't have to answer again.

Race Reports are all about guys that are WAY faster than I am. Forget that.
Ride Reports/ Ride Reports with pics are like watching someone else's home movies. BORING
Group Ride reports is like reading/watching family home movies. BORING
Personal accomplishments is all about someone else doing something better than I can. Forget that.
Members new bike report/ upgrade report is all about someone buying something I can't afford. Forget that.
Newbie's first ride, not quite as boring as ride reports.
SOOOOoooooo by default, I voted Pcad Threads.
I'm stunned, I'm actually becoming a Pcad true believer. Help!!!

i like ride reports w/ pics, and if it includes a gear review even better.

new bike pics and upgrades have their own thread. unless it's relevant to the topic at hand.
