Not that I wouldn't expect to find the odd person who actually thinks white tape looks good on an all-black bike, but it'd almost certainly be a much smaller number were it not for the Euro pro tradition.

Agreed. I was simply implying that if someone was concerned about the Euro Pro rules, simply looking to Merckx as an example would be sufficient confirmation.

What are those bars, BTW? I dig the shape... I'd prolly use the drops more if I had a set.

I am glad I came across the pic of your bike! I have a white Bianchi C2C and the head/top tube are similarly black and white. I was wondering how a white stem would look in the middle of the black... Fantastic! What stem and seat post are they?
