Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Kestrel Evoke seatpost diameter

I ask a favor for those of you who own a 2009 Kestrel Evoke, could you please tell me what the seatpost diameter is? My 2007 Evoke frame is be warrantied out, and I am trying to find out if my current seatpost will fit. Thanks.

Yeah, thats the one, but I have seen the 07 listed with the same size seatpost. The one that I have uses a 32.4mm and just wanted to double check the size on the 09 with someone who actually has one.

I originally thought you had one of Kestrel's stupid undersized seatposts. I guess you're lucky, but Kestrel and their generic manuals have made it is oh so confusing to understand seatpost specs and max insertion... etc.... But Bike Nashbar usually has some cheap seatposts.
