Triple to Double, Crankset+BB options.
I'm posting the same question here.
I was looking at some easy options. A square taper or octalink BB which can have powercranks or normal-cranks(compatible with Ultegra6600). I feel changing BB+crank is more cumbersome.
What do powercranks users do?
