Yes. At least 400.
No dude. See, this guy was really trying. He was blowing snot rockets and everything. Upshifting and pouring on steam. He just didn't have an answer for my power. 400 watts easy. My fast descending skills, unrelenting power stroke and familiarity with the route is what did him in.

OK, I'm back.
So she starts riding me like an old fat tire beach bike up the slopes of Mt. Ventoux, wheezing and blowing snot rockets right and left, I'm still stuck under the sink hanging on to the plumbing for dear life. Over her right hip I see her Doberman glaring at me with bared fangs and I'm suddenly struck by the ridiculousness of my situation.
(gotta go to work. TBC. later)

Hello, this is the operator.
Just a moment please, I'll ring that number.
That's one ringy-dingy, that's two ringy-dingy, that's three ringy-dingy.
There doesn't seem to be an answer at the number sir. Would you like to try again later?

Who was the infamous troll from NY that used to post about his triumphs in Central Park? This is reminiscent...

Well into my this-side-of-pain workout tempo, about halfway up he passes me. I have no idea if he was tailing me at all for any length of time because for that stretch of road the sun was in front of me, and I had my earphones in. No shadow, and it's next to impossible to hear the sounds of another cyclist behind you when Meatloaf is singing in your ears, know what I mean?
