Re: the second (comprehensible) vid: that was not the same motorcycle. The idiot SuperMario chucked a bottle at was riding a Yamaha FJR1300 with hard luggage; the crashed motorcycle later was a different bike with no luggage.

Apparently there was no motorcycle skills test required by the commisars at all for that particular race.
