Hey yall well the time is getting closer to when im moving and would like to find a few people from the area that are into road cycling. i'll be getting stationed at whiteman afb and was wondering if there was anyone on here from around there? Thanks

I live in Kansas, so I can't join up with you. Missouri is a very good place to ride. Go out, and exchange phone numbers with people you meet riding. Morning rides are really nice in summer, but afternoons are doable for somebody from AZ, assuming you've ridden Az summer afternoons.

I'm in the Kansas City area which is about an hour away from Whiteman. Went to school in Warrensburg, which is just a few miles away. Didn't ride much back then, but did put on a few miles in the area around Whiteman. You might find some people at the college (UCM) that are into riding and hopefully there are some on base too. If you make it over to the KC area, hit me up. I can either ride with you or direct you to some decent group rides in the area.
