I don't know if it was on last night. I was at the pub at 5pm (as you do on a Friday) and forgot to set a tape.
Even Sky's email service was wrong telling me twice it would be on.

It's not a bad thing as long as you follow the triathlete's anonymous programme:
e.g. 'Hi, my names "mathmo" and I'm a triathlete. It's been three days since I swam, biked and ran...'

lol, well I've been too lazy to be doing any running for a long time. And I'm too cheap to pay the entry fees for swimming pools. However... it has only been about an hour since I was last on my bike!

I'm doing all three.
I just hope I've gotten enough hill training in for K2 otherwise I'll be in the hurt box on the last couple of hills.
Just one more short ride on Thursday and maybe a short spin on Friday when I get to Whitianga before K2.
I don't think I'll ever be tempted to do an enduro. I have a cousin that does it each year and apparently the night time riding is just dire, about 4 hours with nothing but what your headlight is illuminating to concentrate on.
I'd rather do an ironman if I'm ever feeling that nutty.

I want to at least do the ride comfortably in 13 hours or so (6.5 for first lap and 6 for the second with the other riders with .5 for change.) so yes fitness would be a key element for an enduro for me.
IRONMAN - I've often thought about it and I have a long term goal of actually completing the NZ one, and if I am nutty enough, do the NORSEMAN XTREME TRIATHLON - basically after you get out of the water it's all uphill from there. Norway or somewhere!
I'll up the challenge to you Lindsay - Let's do IMNZ? by the time you are 50

wow, it certainly is very extreme! Pity it is so far away, would cost a bundle to go over there. Otherwise I'd consider giving it a go.
Was won this year by Bjørn Andersson, a guy who is often down in NZ.

I can't claim Norwegian, but how's Danish?
3/4 real kiwi joker, 1/4 pastry. Although the cycling has changed that ratio
