diagnosis
So my bike makes some kind of creaking noises when I am out of the saddle climbing. Anybody have any ideas on what it might be?

check your drop outs to make sure they are clean. clean your cleats and pedals. tighten your chainring bolts and your cassette.
make sure your crankset is tight also.
check all your steering related bolts (stem bolts from the expander plug to the handlebars are tight)
also be sure to check the frame over for cracks.
I have a set of Zipp 303's that if I get just a little dirt on the front drop outs you would swear my frame is self destructing.

I've had creaking problems due to:
freehub - fix: disassemble, clean & lube.
seat tube bottle cage - fix: remove, clean, install with properly torqued bolts

So I just spent 20 minutes doing what crash suggested. I went for a test ride and the creaking noise is gone! Yeah baby!!!
