Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That video was pretty awesome. I've taken my steel road bike with 25mm tires on some rocky trails for very short periods and felt like I was doing irreversible damage to it. Glad to know it isn't so bad if a carbon bike can handle that kind of stuff.

Makes you wonder, though, if it's not like filming the General Lee where they had 30 identical cars to work with.

This should be a commercial for Raleigh. Unless that's what it already is. I watched it on mute.

I'm pretty sure he had a motor hidden in the frame.

No, not really.

I really enjoy how his saddle advertisement (always right above the ass on pro kits) is for Selle San Marco, but he's riding a Fizik. Does it matter? No. Do I pay way too much attention? Yes.

If you zoom in, you can see that this high tech Chinese part from my local Craigslist is made of CRABON. I think Mentos and Pop-Rocks are part of the chemical formula, so if you happen to spill a diet soda...BOOM!
