I believe they are starting to come out now, I know my LBS have started to discount 2010 models, are getting low on stock of 2010 models, and I can only assume this is because they know that 2011 models are going to be coming in soon.

Some companies should be releasing them in the next few months. I know this because I have been scoping out Specialized Tarmac in my size for a while now and to no avail. I am just waiting for the 2011 model to come out. I last heard that Specialized will be releasing some models soon, but the higher end bikes may be a while. For example, the comfort bikes will probably be released in less than a month but the road and mountain line could be a month or two. I assume some other companies would follow this trend too.

From what I've seen at my LBS, bikes at the bottom of the series don't get discounted as much as higher up models. Also, Felt has done better than expected the past couple of years, I know some of their 2011 models are already shipping because they sold out the 2010 versions.
Most LBS usually start discounting at 10% especially if there is no real change, i.e. it's just a paint change but frame design and components stay the same. However, I expect that the 2011 AR5 will either have 5700(or maybe Sram) so more bargaining power there. Good luck.

This makes sense, as at my LBS they have discounts on the 2010 Secteur and Roubaix, and some on lower spec Allez, but nothing on the Tarmac, or any mountain bikes.
