Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

quite comfortable and feels normal, maybe 30 min at a time before changing position. maybe you need to adjust something in the bike

I tried riding in the drops today for a minute or two.

My nuts are still hurting. Should I tilt my saddle forward?

Overall fit is important... Personally, I like my saddle just a tick or two nose-down from dead level. This eliminates "pressure" in any position I ride in.
But everyone is built a bit different...

Forgot to mention...regarding fitness...I started doing some stretching and planks about 2 months ago and it's really helped my comfort riding in the drops. Literally...5 minutes a day on a workout mat...reach for the toes, hold it, relax, repeat. 3 x 30 second standard plank. Done.
