two days two flats
Just bought new Vittoria Rubino Pro Slicks and got a pinch flat on my front tire yesterday. I thought to myself maybe i just didnt have the correct TPI. So today when i went out riding i made sure i had the correct tire pressure and 15 mile in another pinch flat on my front tire.
I checked vittorias website and for the Rubino Pro Slicks the TPI is 150 while on the actual tire itself says 120. what gives?
The roads i ride on are pretty beat up so maybe that could be the cause.
anyone else have these tire or this problem?
anyone suggest a solution to this dillema?

Threads Per Inch of cloth. This is a common spec for tires. The higher the TPI number, the thinner and more flexible the tire fabric is. Thin-wall (high TPI) tires tend to be lighter and have lower rolling resistance, but they're more easily damaged by road hazards.
