Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

what a bummer

Today i went for a nice 33 mile ride. I was cruising nice and easy for the first hour then turned around and got on the gas for the way home. I ended up averaging 17 mph which is not bad for me . When i got home hopped in the shower and was in immediate pain, i didnt even notice while i was riding but i rubbed a patch of skin off my balls. I looked in my cycle shorts and there was blood in there . I have never had this happen before. I better be more careful with my junk . Anyone ever have anything similar happen.

As long as it was your blood, it's OK.

If you've recently visited a house of ill repute then I recommend going see a doctor.
