Those frames look really nice for the price.
Is the steerer tube tapered?
My only hesitation would be buying without knowing the weight of the frame and fork. I'm not a huge weight weenie, but I do like confirming weights.

I freaked out when I had a Trek 2100 frame with the same "dent" a few years ago (bought frame only). Until I figured out it's intentional for the Front derailleur.

That's nothing! One time, I had this old steel bike and it had this huge hole in BB, in the shape of a clover. I couldn't believe it had soooo much rust! Luckily, I noticed before I rode it. I didn't think it was safe to ride, so I put out with the trash the next morning. That was a close one!
