Secret decoder ring

33? 41? Do explain the shorthand for the difference between racing and biking on the road and why there are no interdisciplinary problems between disciplines. One would suspect mountain bike and recumbent would be a breeding ground for such barbs more prominently.

I can't even tell if this is a question or a statement. Please rewrite this using punctuation and a sensible sentence structure.
