Best frame pump

Don't buy the Topeak Road Morph.
After about a year it will stop working and parts are hard to identify, and buy (only 1 US supplier) and exspensive. It was a great pump while it worked.
It has been not worth the huge effort to get parts from the US supplier. The pump was a flash in the pan.
I doubt that the pump will a reccomended choice in the future once maintenace needs to be preformed.

I use a 1980s Silca "Impero" frame-fit with a Campy plastic head. (Yes, it still works just fine after almost 25 years. Talk about durability!)

My frame pump of choice is a CO2 cartridge and a pair of tire liners.
