Strength and Saddle position
Just curious, has anyone feel the need to move the saddle more towards the rear as they got stronger?
I recently found myself wanting to move the saddle more and more back because I tend to sit on the back of the saddle more and more now. I am pretty sure I have gotten stronger over this season, but is this the reason? Anyone else had this experience? |
I totally agree. I have a Brooks with the springs, that design limits how far I can adjust t back. As the season has progressed, I find myself siting way back on the saddle frame. I may have to find a different seat. That frame is hard man.

Ouch, I actually have the option of using a set back seat post.
