Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Strength and Saddle position

Just curious, has anyone feel the need to move the saddle more towards the rear as they got stronger?

I recently found myself wanting to move the saddle more and more back because I tend to sit on the back of the saddle more and more now. I am pretty sure I have gotten stronger over this season, but is this the reason?

Anyone else had this experience?

I totally agree. I have a Brooks with the springs, that design limits how far I can adjust t back. As the season has progressed, I find myself siting way back on the saddle frame. I may have to find a different seat. That frame is hard man.
