yes/no. Everything with a lot of the 2011 lines is either speculative, or can only be confirmed if you work at a bike shop and happen to have the 2011 catalog already.

scuttlebutt on the Felt facebook page, of all places, is that the 2011 felt website will launch on sept 1st. you should have your answers then.
