This is driving me crazy
I just built my new custom Cervelo S1 with Sram Force, Easton EA 90 SL wheels, Look Keo Plus pedals, and Token marble carbon handlebars. Everything works great, but after a couple rides I began to get this distinctive clicking noise. Happens every single time I apply pressure to the right pedal at the 3 o'clock position. Every time, regardless of what gear I am in. I can even repeat the noise by standing still as I have in this video. Here is what I have tried.
Made sure EVERYTHING is torqued to proper specification.
Absolutely all connections and hardware have been greased including water bottle cage bolts and wheel QR skewers. I have tightened the BB, the crank bolts, the chainring bolts, checked the B-adjust screw, perfected the shifting indexing. I really have gone over everything and just can't get to the bottom of this noise. Any help will be appreciated. I am desparate and this is killing my new bike experience.

Some of my old Flite saddles have developed a tick. It was cadence related and drove me crazy for quite a while until I tracked it down. The Sheldon Brown website has a pretty good checklist to help find annoying bike noises.

I had a click a while back that the bike shop fixed. But the problem was that the bottom bracket cartidge was shifting when I pedaled, which was solved by tightening up whatever it is that holds it in place.
I've had a click when a pedal went bad as well. And just recently, started getting a noise that may just be a squeaky shoe.

Maybe you need to oil the buckle on your Birkenstocks.

The problem is sounds travel. I had a similar situation and it turned out to be a loose headset. So consider everything.

Does it happen when you're out of the saddle? That will eliminate saddle-related "BB" noises which is very common.

Check the bearing cartridge of the pedal itself. I had a click similar to yours and my cartridge was shot.

Do you have a different set of wheels to throw in there? (could be spoke/hub)
It may be in the handlebars, stem, or headset.
I'd check chainring bolts (as mentioned earlier).

My guess is the pedals themselves.Try taking them out then put them on again.
Also try to remember exactly when it first happened, maybe it's an adjustement you made or replaced a component on the bike which may lead you to the cause.

Possible the tension in the rear wheel spokes or the bearings in the rear wheel might be out of line somehow.

I had a similar clicking, I bet it's the pedals. My noise came from a new set of look pedals, swap them for another pair(if you have some) and see if the noise goes away. Apparently, according to my LBS Look pedals can be a little creaky.

Check the excess cable hanging out of your front derailleur. Sometimes you are hitting that with your shoes or pedals and will make a clicking noise that is so hard to find.
Ooops, finally saw the video. It happens even without pedalling?

Problem was the chainring bolts. Apparently they weren't torqued evenly or seated properly at the factory. I took them off, then torqued them properly in sequence and the noise stopped.
