Different dropbar styles and such.
I've search on Google and whatnot and couldn't find like a listing of the different dropbar styles and how they differ. I've heard of the traditional bend, track, compact, shallow, ergo; but what are the differences between all these types of dropbars?
I've also heard some terms like anatomic, reach, and drop. What do all these things mean?

Here, this will get you started:

Anatomic and ergo are styles that have a flat section in the drop that some people find comfy, like this:

Drop is the vertical drop, reach is horizontal distance from upper horizontal section to the forward most part of the bend. Compact bars have a shallower than normal drop like this:

Shallow drop/compact bars are for people with shorter arm reach and people who don't want to drop down that much lower when they go from the hoods to the drops.
