Transparent bar tape
Well, my 8 moth old lab had developed taste to my bike ;) Particularly to the bar tape. So, it's time to the new one and I decided to try clear Bontrager tape. I like how it looks on carbon bars. Opinions?

think it only works on your application with the red cables and such

Kinda looks like you wrapped your bar in packing tape....IMHO. It is definitely different though!

I've had wrapped like that before. Up until one hot day and one step hill when my left hand slept off the handlebar. Actually, that was the point of using clear tape - you can wrap is all the way and keep nice look and have a decent grip while riding on the tops.

I can see it now (or not...) - clear brifter hoods, clear saddles, clear jerseys, clear...:eek: I'm sticking with colored tape. :thumb: |
