where is that? I'm pretty familiar with Shenandoah Nat'l Park, as I've hiked most of it and ridden all of it.

I think if you look closely at the pictures then you will see you're allowed to ride one direction, but not the other. It's one of them tricky one way trails you hear about around the campfire and in arcane forum posts but never really expect to see. If you zoomed the camera out there would be petrified cyclists with a video camera standing around it shooting awful footage of their feet.
