VO2 Max Question

VO2 Max Question
Hi all,
I recently did a conconi test with my new cycling team and was given a nice little breakdown of my heart rate vs. power, my deflection points, heart rate zones, etc. Not a perfect measure, I know, but interesting nonetheless. There was even an estimate for my VO2 max. My question is on how to correct a miscalculation. My weight and height were switched so it was calculated at about half of my actual weight. Can I simply double my weight (i.e., cut the current VO2 max estimate in half) to reestimate it? In other words, the VO2 max is given in mlO2/kg/min, my weight was recorded as 30.9 kg (where it's actually around 62 kg), so can I cut the current calculation in half, to effectively double my weight? I'm not sure how complex the formula is, but looking at the units it seems like this may be the solution.
I appreciate any feedback!
