Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I would love to find a System 6 or a Six13 in a 50cm.

Never bought a Sytem Six, i did look for a used frame for awhile. I did purchase a Super Six frame in 2008 and it was the first bike I built up.

I am not sure why you would need three of the same bike but you won't get an argument from me

The answer to your question is 2. So that means you can donate one to me (I like blk). Seriously though why three of the same bike? I can understand 2 if you race so you have 1 as a back up but the of the same bike I don't understand. Why not 3 different bikes that are set up for a specific style of riding ? That's what I have done with mine. Nice looking bikes though and I'm sure you enjoy each one.

The red came first and i loved the ride of the SIX13. So when i saw the RAW color i just couldnt resist it, plus i got it used for a great price. The black one (YOUR FAVORITE) was a frame only and was bought because i wanted a black and white color combo. Looked at other bikes for that combination but since the SIX13 had no drawbacks, for me, i was sold.

A steel frame Bianchi in Celeste with Campy drivetrain is on my "when I win the lottery" list of bikes. Those are sweet!

I only have one at the moment.
Outside of the crappy clear coat it's by far the best bike I've ever owned.

I had a 2007 Six13 road bike, since sold it, but still have my 2007 Six13 Slice TT bike, great bike.

Hows the so called "Galvanic Corrosion" on the Slice? I keep wondering how long my RAW SIX13 will last, but i believe its stopped or slowed considerably over the last two years.

Looked at the RAW Slice when I almost had myself convinced I "needed" a TRI bike..I dont. A guy in a FULL KIT, (pick your own PRO team) on a TRI bike, doing 14 mph, is just a**holeish.

Not too bad. That's only cosmetic anyway, it never impacted the integrity of any of the frames.

The Six13 is a great riding bike, great looking, great feel. Then you get a CF bike and it's lighter and stiffer and just as comfortable. But I still love the Slice.
